Yes, our first price is our best price. We have metre rates for everything we do.

Concrete Imprinting is virtually the same price per M2 as block paving. Although some types of block paving can be significantly more expensive than imprinted concrete.

We work with a small deposit to book a job in to the schedule. Then there is a stage payment when the concrete is laid, coloured and printed. Lastly a final payment when the concrete is sealed and all work is complete. . Call us on 0800 458 0139 for details specific to your project.

Depending on the size of a job an average Driveway / Patio will take 3 to 5 days. A landscape design and build projects around 2 to 6 weeks, depending on size and complexity.

We recommend that you do not drive on your new driveway for 28 days after the concrete is laid. Concrete takes 28 days to cure.

We do not use any subcontractors.

Imprinted concrete is not usually slippery when wet. We always use an anti slip agent in the sealer.

The sealer has a noticeable solvent smell. The smell after sealing will last a couple of hours until the sealer drys.

There is actually no better time just different factors to consider. As a company we actually pour considerably more concrete in the cooler months Autumn Winter and early Spring because we can do bigger pours and we have more working time with the concrete. We tend to do smaller pours in the summer because of the heat the concrete will go off faster.

Yes we can if they are at the right level. But it does not cost a lot to replace.

If the driveway / Patio is maintained well, my estimate is 25 to 40 or even 50 years. If we install your driveway and you maintain it the only real reason you will have to replace it is if you get board of it. It will not be anything structural.

The lifetime guarantee covers subsidence, concrete failure, surface frost damage, concrete breaking up, large structural cracks. Please note. None of these problems have ever occurred in our jobs as we always use the correct, patented, type of concrete. Call 0800 458 0139 for full details.

Although unusual with the construction specification we use. Unfortunately we or nobody else can guarantee imprinted concrete against a hairline crack. This is an extremely rare situation but If a crack opens up to 3mm in width we can repair with a resin and we do this for free. The repair will need to be carried out as part of a re-seal as the repair will then need to be sealed. On average you may get a hairline crack 1 in 25 driveway's which is barely visible. In 22yrs of installing imprinted concrete I have only needed to repair 2 jobs and they were for very specific reasons See our concrete crack guide for more.

Yes imprinted concrete can take heavy vehicle's. With our standard driveway specification on my driveway I park 2 transit vans and a 7.5 ton wagon, sometimes the wagon may be loaded and have 3 ton of weight on it. If you have exceptionally heavy vehicles speak to Sean during your site visit / quotation and he may alter your job specification to accommodate your specific needs.

Yes Imprinted concrete is resistant to stains. The sealer protects the concrete from staining. See our oil cleaning guide for persistent marks. Resealing every 2–4 years maintains this protection.

Yes Imprinted Concrete is completely weed free / and so easy to maintain.

Clean with hosepipe or jet-wash / No need to use any special cleaning products / Re-seal every 3 to 5 years.

Yes. This can happen if a driveway has been left a very long time between re-seals. We can add a colour to the base coat of sealer then put 2 coats of clear sealer over the top. It is much better for your driveway to stick to the 3 to 5 year re-seal plan. See our faded concrete guide or call 0800 458 0139 for a free assessment.

We recommend re-sealing your new driveway within the first 2 years of being laid. Then depending on the usage every 3 to 5 years.

Do not use the common grit salt that is used on roads as it can effect the sealer. There is a product that we recommend for de-icing.

Yes, no problem.

If your driveway is maintained (sealed) an oil stain should wash off with a bit of Fairy Liquid. The sealer is your protective layer and protects against stains, algae, moss ect. See our full oil cleaning guide.

Yes, we recommend we re-seal our driveways / Patios every 3 to 5 years. Please note. We do not re-seal anybody other companies work. Call 0800 458 0139 for a quote.
